Our mission

Empower the next generation to help them exceed their potential for enhanced well-being and equality

--- inspired by Prof. Abhijit Banerjee,
Nobel Prize Behavioural Economist
"Development is about giving people the power to make their own choices and exercise their own agency"

A story

The founder's lack of career guidance in secondary school led her to pursue subjects and a college degree influenced by those around her. Through self-reflection and part-time work experiences, she discovered her passion for motivating people.

Recognizing a gap in society's provision of career guidance and critical thinking development for young adults, Designventure Academy was born. “Designventure” has been derived from an amalgamation of “design” and “adventure” signifying that the adventure of one’s life can be designed by own agency.

Our mission is to empower individuals, improve well-being, and promote equality through creative problem-solving and innovation workshops and a national youth empowerment program.
By combining youth welfare and business, we aim to make a significant impact on the world.
